I have the rights to decline the piece if I feel uncomfortable / unable to work.

Client & I have the rights on art works.

Artist crediting is optional (> w 0)~;

PLEASE give references/ preferences for artworks/ character in order to produce the work.

Revisions are only accepted during the drawing phase twice, & 1 more during coloring phase.

Give me a week or two to work on it [depending on the commission type & discussion with the client].

Payments are only through via Paypal or Gcash[for locals in PH].

Prices are based in US Dollahs !

Artwork/s will be started after down payment of 30% or 50% from total price; unless client pays full payment straight off.

Price down payment % is negotiable IF the total price is $200 and above.

RUSH ORDERS will have additional charges, depending on commission type. [this will be discussed between client/s].

Payments are non-refundable, unless I have failed to finish / deliver the artwork on due date.

Artwork/s will be sent via email after confirming remaining payment is given [if staggered payment] or fully paid.

Artwork is given with & without watermark.
